Creating, maintaining, and updating clear, structured, and user-friendly technical documentation to support the use and development of IT systems or products

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

• Create and organize technical documentation (user manuals, guides, etc.).
• Simplify technical information for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams.
• Update documentation based on system changes.
• Manage and maintain document repositories.

Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in technical writing (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Proficiency in tools like Confluence, Visio, or Ms. Excel
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
