Creating, maintaining, and updating clear, structured, and user-friendly technical documentation to support the use and development of IT systems or products
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
- Create and organize technical documentation (user manuals, guides, etc.).
- Simplify technical information for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams.
- Update documentation based on system changes.
- Manage and maintain document repositories.
Persyaratan
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical writing (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proficiency in tools like Confluence, Visio, or Ms. Excel
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
