Customer Experience & Relation Officer

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Managing incoming calls and customer inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction. Also will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

Manage inbound inquiry from digital channel (Socmed Platform, Google Business, Whatsapp/Text, and Call), Customer satisfaction execution, customer measure loyalty (NPS), outbound call/google form, Customer loyalty (maintain customer relationship, callback program for old customer, customer loyalty, Maintain the omnichannel and customer/production database.

Persyaratan

- Bachelor Degree form Civil Engineering

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particulary Excel and Word

- Proficiency in English is mandatory
