Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The Junior Associate is responsible for supporting the delivery of accounting and taxation services to clients. This role involves handling bookkeeping, preparing accounting and tax reports, assisting in monthly and annual tax compliance, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial and tax processes.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

  • Bookkeeping and handling multiple companies using online accounting software

  • Tax compliance, especially e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and e-Filing

  • Prepare monthly and annual tax compliance, including VAT and Income Tax (Article 21, 23/26, 4(2))

  • Reconciliation and equalization VAT & income tax between general ledger and tax reports

  • Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts

  • Conducting billing processes (e.g. tax, revenue)

  • Maintaining the general ledger

  • Meet with clients to discuss confidential accounting issues

  • Reconcile bank statements

  • Analyze transactions with internal and external stakeholders

  • Conduct month-end and year-end closures

  • Advise clients on financial issues via email or phone

  • Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations

  • Report to the Accounting Manager and work to improve financial processes

Persyaratan

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Taxation from a reputable university (min. GPA 3.00)

  • Good understanding of Accounting and Tax fundamentals

  • Experience in bookkeeping and handling multiple companies using online accounting software

  • Familiar with Indonesian tax compliance, especially e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and e-Filing

  • Able to prepare monthly and annual tax compliance, including VAT and Income Tax (Article 21, 23/26, 4(2))

  • Experience in VAT & income tax reconciliation and equalization between general ledger and tax reports

  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a client-facing role (email, phone, and video conference)

  • Able to work collaboratively with internal teams

  • Proactive, hands-on, and positive work attitude

  • Brevet A & B certificate is a plus

  • Can join immediately
