The Accounting & Tax Internship Staff supports junior and senior associates in providing accounting and taxation services to clients. This role involves assisting with clients’ financial records, accounting reports, tax processes, and compliance with applicable regulations, as well as supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

• Assisting Junior/Senior Associate

• Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts

• Conducting billing processes (e.g. tax, revenue)

• Maintaining the general ledger

• Meet with clients to discuss confidential accounting issues

• Reconcile bank statements

• Analyze transactions with internal and external stakeholders

• Conduct month-end and year-end closures

• Advice clients on financial issues via email or phone

• Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations

• Report to the Accounting Manager and work to improve financial processes
