Management Trainee

As a Management Trainee, you will participate in an intensive training program designed to prepare you as a future leader within the organization. This program includes rotations across various departments, leadership skill development, and a comprehensive understanding of business operations.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

Rotation Program:

• Participate in job rotations across various departments, such as marketing, operations, finance, and human resources.
• Learn the core functions and contributions of each department to the organization's success.

Specific Projects:

• Manage and complete projects assigned by mentors or managers within the specified timeline.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.

Skill Development:

• Attend leadership training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs.
• Develop management, communication, and decision-making skills.

Evaluation and Reporting:

• Present progress updates to management regularly.
• Prepare reports on job rotation outcomes and project results.

Observation and Learning:

• Understand the organization’s culture, core values, and business strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Persyaratan

• Passionate learner, maximum 25 years old, with a Bachelor’s degree (GPA 3.25+) in Civil Engineering, Architecture/Interior Design, Economics/Management, or related fields.
• Open to fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience from reputable universities.
• Strong English proficiency (oral and written) and proven leadership or organizational experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with conceptual thinking to drive business improvements.
• Willing to relocate across Indonesia (Bandung, Semarang, Jogjakarta, Surabaya, Bali, and Medan)
• Program starts in April 2025.
