Client Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic IT consulting firm, specializing in messaging services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

As the primary point of contact for clients, this role involves promptly addressing their needs and concerns while building strong, long-term relationships. Responsibilities include providing exceptional support for our products, assisting with technical issues, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve problems efficiently. The role also involves overseeing client accounts, ensuring contractual obligations are met, monitoring account health, and proactively addressing potential issues. Additionally, it focuses on developing strategies to increase client retention, expand services, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Persyaratan

Candidates should hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer relations or sales (Fresh Graduates are Welcome). Key skills include account management, with some experience in client acquisition. Ideal candidates are staff-level professionals with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written) and passive English is required. Experience in the IT industry is preferred, along with a client-focused mindset, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
