Marketing & Business Development Specialist

PT Bangun Cipta Marga is currently looking for a candidate who is effective in strategic business and development. The candidate will be working closely with the executives in initiating, organizing, executing, making decision, and analyzing potentials for each projects and programs.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

1. Plan, execute, and monitor marketing and business strategies, objectives, and programs;

2. Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies;

3. Prepare and adhere to allocate budget (P&L);

4. Oversee creation and delivery of advertisements, other marketing and business materials, and expand the access to every products;

5. Gather and analyze customer's insight, including competitor activities;

6. Monitor growth of market share through product launching and penetration of existing customer;

7. Monitor performance of organic capital projects including schedule-scope;

8. Collaborate with Sales and Sourcing to develop strategic partnership, execute framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities;

9. Develop and supervise marketing and business activity related to new concepts, business models, channels, and partners;

10. Build strong collaboration with distributor and channel to ensure stock availability and marketing program execution;

11. Build strong collaboration with planner and supply chain to ensure forecasted process are in place and fulfilled.

Persyaratan

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor degree or above in related major;

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management, business development, or marketing specialist in B2B/Retail is preferred;

3. Has a good strategic and analytical thinking, and creativity skill;

4. Has a strong interpersonal communication and presentation skill;

5. Has a high sense of integrity, responsibility, initiative, work ethic, and confidentiality;

6. Able to work independently as well as in team;

7. Has a winning mindset and result-driven;

8. Excellent in Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point;

9. Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia;

10. Has a good knowledge about Digital Marketing (Social Media, Marketplace, and E-Commerce);

11. Has basic photo and video editing skill.
