Deskripsi Pekerjaan
YPS General Schools, an international-oriented school in Sorowako-East Luwu, is urgently seeking General School Teachers (SD, SMP, SMA) for the 2025 National Intake. We're looking for passionate educators to enhance our educational services and support continuous school improvement. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing curricula, designing engaging activities with a focus on High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS), and integrating literacy-numeracy and character education.
You'll also be responsible for creating effective classroom management systems, utilizing diverse learning resources, designing HOTS and "Authentic Assessment" evaluations, and providing regular progress reports to parents and leadership. Strong communication with colleagues, students, and parents is essential for this role.
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
Duties and responsibilities
1. Studying, understanding and developing the curriculum which becomes their field of study so that it can be easily applied according to the purpose/competency of learning outcomes and the context of the learning environment.
2. Designing learning activities using approaches/ models/ methods/ teaching techniques that vary according to students' learning styles and can improve high-level thinking skills (HOTS: High Order Thinking Skills).
3. Carrying out the learning process in accordance with predetermined plans and schedules as well as other educational tasks given by superiors.
4. Integrating the development of literacy-numeracy, communication skills and character education in the learning process.
5. Searching for, providing and determining various learning resources that can accommodate students' different learning styles so that they can learn optimally.
6. Designing a learning evaluation system based on High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) and "Authentic Assessment" which accommodates cognitive, affective and psychomotor realms on an ongoing basis.
7. Developing an effective class management system so that each student can be well cared for and served so that they can learn, grow and develop optimally according to their potential.
8. Compiling a description of the development/progress of individual student learning based on complete and continuous assessment data during the learning process and periodically reporting to the principal and parents.
9. Carrying out documentation which includes: learning preparation, daily activities, assessments student learning outcomes in the form of portfolios and student learning outcomes.Establishing intensive and good relationships and communication with colleagues, students and parents related to the development of student learning and daily operational tasks.
Persyaratan
Technical Competence :
1. Having competence in developing innovative curriculum and learning content.
2. Having active English competence.
3. Having competence in using AI and digital technology in learning, especially Google Workspace for Education tools and or something similar.
Non-Technical Competencies:
1. Willing to be placed in school units assigned by the Foundation.
2. Having good behavior, morality, and character in accordance with the law and teacher code of ethics so that they can be role models for students and the community.
3. Ability to work in groups, have high self-motivation and self-discipline.
4. Having an understanding of the needs of students in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and the social revolution 5.0.
5. Having a global perspective, inspiring, facilitating, and motivating.
Required education and major:
1. Minimum S-1 graduate in accordance with the major applied.
2. Graduates from accredited study programs (file/document selection)
3. The major needed both education and non-education majors:
- SD : Elementary Classroom Teacher (PGSD, Math, Physics, Biology, and Science)
- SMP : Math, Bahasa Indonesia, Social Studies (IPS, History, Geography, Economics, and Sociology), dan Guidance Counseling (Educational Psychology/BK, and Psychology)
- SMA : Pancasila Education (Civics) , Bahasa Indonesia, Chemistry, and Physics
