Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Identify and engage potential customers who could benefit from ESB products through business events, cold calling, canvassing, and company-generated leads.
Build trust-based relationships with clients by actively listening to their business challenges, understanding their needs with empathy, and recommending the most suitable ESB solutions with integrity.
Achieve and surpass revenue targets by positioning ESB products through honest and consultative selling, demonstrating measurable business value for clients.
Lead the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring a seamless product integration while remaining agile in addressing client feedback, changing requirements, and project timelines.
Provide strategic business consulting by delivering transparent recommendations, proactive solutions, and continuous support that align with clients' business goals and long-term growth.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure clients receive a consistent, responsive, and customer-centric experience throughout their journey.

Persyaratan
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an F&B, technology sales, or related industry.
Diploma degree required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand client needs and build long-term relationships.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate honestly and professionally.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrates integrity, empathy, and agility in daily work and interactions.
Fluent English is a plus.

Possess a valid driver's license (motorcycle or car) and reliable personal transportation for daily mobility.
Proven track record of punctuality, reliability, and accountability in supporting business activities.
