Finance Staff – Accounts Receivable

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The Finance Staff – Accounts Receivable is responsible for managing reinsurance premium receivables from cedants and monitoring brokerage/commission receivables from reinsurers. The role ensures accurate recording, timely collection, proper reconciliation of bordereaux and statements of account, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements governing reinsurance brokerage operations.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

• Monitor reinsurance premium receivables in accordance with facultative reinsurance terms and conditions.

• Maintain and update aging schedules, and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely settlement.

• Record and monitor brokerage income and overriding commissions from reinsurers.

• Reconcile Statements of Account (SOA), bordereaux, and debit/credit notes with reinsurers.

• Match incoming payments with the corresponding technical and accounting documentation.

• Persyaratan

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in AR, Technical Accounting, or Credit Control

  • Prior experience in reinsurance broker / insurance (reinsurance division) / reinsurer preferred

  • Strong understanding of reinsurance processes, including facultative arrangements

  • Experienced in reconciliation, aging analysis, and reinsurance documentation (SOA, bordereaux, debit/credit notes)
