Senior Interior Designer (Fit Out Office)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The Senior Interior Designer leads the creative development of innovative and competitive office interior design concepts — from tender proposal to project execution. This role ensures design excellence, client satisfaction, and high-quality project delivery aligned with brand and business objectives.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

1. Lead the conceptualization and development of office interior design projects from proposal to completion.

2. Oversee design presentations, ensuring creativity, functionality, and alignment with client requirements.

3. Collaborate with project, technical, and procurement teams to ensure design intent is realized during execution.

4. Manage client communication, providing professional guidance and maintaining strong relationships.

5. Supervise and mentor junior designers to ensure consistency, innovation, and adherence to design standards.

Persyaratan

1. Bachelor in Interior Design/Architecture

2. Minimum 10 years of experience as an Office Interior Designer

3. Demonstrated track record in developing winning design concepts and active involvement throughout tender processes

4. Strong expertise in office technical design and concept development

5. In-depth knowledge of material specifications and cost ranges

6. Proficient in Sketchup, Sketchup Layout, AutoCAD, D5, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

7. Proficient in English, both written and spoken

8. Strong organizational, leadership, and time management abilities

9. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a professional attitude
