Preparing and reviewing cost estimates, analyzing quotations, monitoring budgets, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring project expenses align with forecasts from bidding through project completion.

Senior Estimator (Fit Out Office)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Cost Estimation & Analysis

   - Prepare and review detailed cost estimates (BOQ/RAB) based on drawings, technical specifications, and client requirements.

   - Conduct unit price analysis for materials, labor, and subcontractors aligned with current market standards.

   - Develop accurate cost breakdowns for tender and negotiation purposes.

   - Perform value engineering to ensure efficient design and construction solutions without compromising quality.

2. Quotation & Procurement Review

   - Collect and analyze quotations from vendors and subcontractors.

   - Prepare bid comparison sheets and recommend the best options based on price, quality, and risk.

   - Coordinate with Procurement and Project teams to ensure proper vendor selection.

3. Budget Monitoring & Reporting

   - Prepare and monitor project budgets to ensure actual expenses align with forecasts.

   - Identify and report potential cost deviations or overruns to management.

   - Develop cost tracking and update reports throughout project execution.

4. Risk & Cost Control

   - Conduct cost risk assessments to anticipate material price changes, scope variations, or site conditions.

   - Develop mitigation strategies to control project risks and costs.

   - Implement effective cost control systems during project execution.

5. Technical & Coordination

   - Interpret technical drawings accurately to determine work volumes and material requirements.

   - Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and site teams to align estimates with actual conditions.

   - Provide technical support during tender and client/vendor negotiations.

6. Leadership & Development

   - Lead and mentor junior estimators in cost estimation and evaluation processes.

   - Train team members in cost analysis techniques, advanced Excel use, and company estimation systems.

   - Ensure consistency and accuracy of cost calculations across projects.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

1. Prepare and review detailed cost estimates (BOQ/RAB) and perform unit price and cost analysis.

2. Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations and support tender and negotiation processes.

3. Monitor project budgets, identify variances, and ensure costs align with forecasts.

4. Conduct cost risk assessments and implement effective cost control measures.

5. Lead and mentor junior estimators while maintaining accuracy and consistency in all estimates.

Persyaratan

- Bachelor in Civil Engineering/Interior Design/Architecture

- Minimum 10 years experience as an Estimator in commercial/office interior design projects

- Extensive experience in preparing, reviewing, and detailing RAB/BOQ

- Strong ability to perform unit price analysis and cost evaluation

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, technical drawing interpretation, unit price analysis, and risk cost analysis

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and detail oriented
