Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, shoot, & edit TikTok content with internal creators
- Write short scripts, captions, hashtags, & video briefs based on current trends
- Stay updated on TikTok trends & algorithm changes to guide content strategy
- Analyze performance & create reports to optimize engagement & conversions
- Develop content plans to increase GMV & drive results
- Collaborate with the KOL team to align on creative direction
Persyaratan
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Design, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in social media/digital marketing (strong portfolios from fresh grads welcome)
- Strong creative skills in copywriting, visual concepts, & storytelling
- Familiar with TikTok & other platforms, & up to date with digital trends
- Proficient in basic design (Canva) & video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere)
- Able to analyze & interpret social media metrics
- Good communication skills; comfortable working independently & in a team
- Creative, detail-oriented, & deadline-driven
- Willing to full WFO at PIK, Jakarta Utara
