Sebagai penanggung jawab projek, mengatur schedule tim untuk pembagian project
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the installation work carried out by subcontractors.
- Coordinate intensively and clearly with the factory team.
- Directly monitor and oversee the installation process at the project site.
- Coordinate directly with the executing contractor on site.
- Ensure that all field work is carried out in accordance with occupational health and safety (OHS) standards and the company’s quality policies.
- Act as the main liaison between project management and the field execution team.
Persyaratan
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
- Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, to support communication needs in a work environment involving international parties.
