Sekolah Pelita Harapan is a group of five International Christian schools located in the heart of Indonesia - the city of Jakarta. From a visionary beginning in 1993, Sekolah Pelita Harapan schools continue to develop as Indonesia's leading Christian schools with a focus on academic excellence, personal growth, and spiritual development. Our vision of True Knowledge, Faith in Christ, and Godly Character defines our goals for students: that they may come to understand that all truth emanates from God the Creator and Sustainer and is to be found ultimately in a relationship with Jesus Christ His Son, and our Saviour. We are grounded in an Evangelical, Reformed theology that seeks truth wherever it may be found and recognizes that all truth is God's. As a crucial member of our dynamic team, you'll be at the forefront of tracking and reviewing commercial/financial performance, supporting business planning through intricate financial analysis and modeling, and collaborating with campus leadership to identify key success drivers.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

Job Responsibilities

• Track and Review commercial/financial performance
• Support business planning by providing financial analysis and modelling
• Work with campus leadership to identify and measure key success drivers above those that are required by the Central Office and/or Yayasan
• Support and challenge the business to continually ensure that its strategies align with financial goals
• Provide alternative recommendations to existing approaches
• Provide financial information and analyses to help guide decision making and set strategy.
• Responsible for providing accurate and timely finance information to include comments on variance analysis
• Produce monthly business performance/reporting package
• Drive the budgeting and forecasting process by working with and providing guidance to non-finance managers
• Streamline data analysis minimize irrelevant data
