Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

• Execute and optimize digital campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, marketplace ads).
• Develop digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
• Support e-commerce activities (promotions, bundling, store campaigns, vouchers, traffic, and product page optimization).
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure consistent campaign messaging.
• Manage additional channels (SEO/SEM, email, website, remarketing).
• Monitor campaign and e-commerce performance, and prepare regular evaluation reports.
• Conduct research on trends, audience, and competitor, stay updated on platform algorithms, features, and digital marketing & e-commerce best practices.

Persyaratan

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience and proficient with Meta Ads & TikTok Ads.
• Skilled in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager).
• Strong analytical & data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proactive, fast learner, & adaptable to digital trends.
• Good communication skills & ability to work cross-functionally.
• Willing to work fully on-site in North Jakarta.
• Bonus if you have:
  • Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
  • Experience in beauty, F&B, or fashion retail industries.
