Account Executive for MICE

Led end-to-end client strategy development by identifying business needs and delivering effective, results-driven solutions. Managed proposal development and pitching processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams while building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships to drive business growth and satisfaction. Oversaw third-party vendors, budgets, and project execution to ensure efficient operations and successful project delivery.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

• Demonstrate strong capability in leading end-to-end client strategy development, including identifying client needs and translating them into effective, results-driven strategic solutions.
• Lead pitching processes and proposal development by collaborating closely with cross-functional internal teams to deliver compelling and competitive presentations.
• Build, grow, and maintain long-term client relationships through a strategic account management approach, ensuring sustained business growth and client satisfaction.
• Manage third-party vendors and contractors, including overseeing costing, budgeting, and ensuring efficient and effective project execution.

Persyaratan

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), fresh graduate welcome
• Strong proficiency in spoken English
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience in event management and/or wedding organizer (WO), event organizing (EO) is a plus
