A 3-year program to develop young talents and preparing them into WINGS Business Leaders, through dynamic and comprehensive acceleration program.

WINGS Fast-Track Program

A 1-year program to transform fresh graduates into First Line Leaders, paving the way for a fulfilling and impactful career.

WINGS Graduate Trainee Program & WINGS Fast-Track Program are officially open with available functions:

- Sales

- Distribution

- Finance and Accounting

- [NEW] Human Resources & General Affairs

You will gain hands-on experience, hands-on learning from mentors with established expertise while building a fast-track path for your career growth.

Persyaratan

1. Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.30 from reputable university.

2. Fresh graduates (or expected to graduate in March 2026) or candidates with a maximum of 2 years of work experience, or at minimum already possess a Statement of Graduation (SKL).

3. Active involvement in organizations or extracurricular activities.

4. Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills.

5. Willing for assignments in Sumatra, Java, and West Kalimantan.
