Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Junior Tax Consultant job consist of implementing tax consulting assignments, or parts thereof, within scope, quality requirements, schedule and budget, including those with standard features,with minor assistance.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

Ensures good relationships with assignment stakeholders.
Completes assignments assigned to him/her within scope, quality requirements, schedule and budget.
Ensures that his/her portion of advices and/or reports are timely submitted to the Assignment Team Leader/Assignment Team Direct Superior.
Assists Assignment Team Leader/Assignment Team Direct Superior in handling complaints from customers relevant to his/her works.
Acts as Assistant to Assignment Team Leader for straightforward and uncomplicated assignments
Continuously enhances knowledge on tax, finance, &accounting, and begins to develop leadership &management-related skills.
Adheres to the firm’s policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
Performs any other related tasks as directed by Managing Partner, Partner in charge of Division, and Tax Consulting Manager.
Performing filing on permanent files according to the firm’s policies, systems and procedures and records all files in chronological order

Persyaratan

We are seeking the position of Junior Tax Consultants (TA) with qualifications as follows:

Maximum 25 years old
S1 Graduate, majoring in Accounting from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.80 (scale 4.00)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Have computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Power Point)
Have basic understanding in Tax Laws, Rules and Regulations
Having Tax Brevet course would be an advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to work hard, high accuracy, attention to detail, self-discipline, and initiative
Able to work under pressure, high achievement motivation, assertive, proactive and have good integrity and self-management
Good written and spoken English
