Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for a Finance Officer to take charge of the financial health of our company by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements. You should be familiar with audits, invoices and budget preparations.
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
- Process invoices
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Update internal systems with financial data
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements
- Participate in financial audits
- Track bank deposits and payments
- Assist with budget preparation
- Review and implement financial policies
Persyaratan
- Male / Female
- Education Min D3 All Majors
- Able to speak English at least passive
- Have at least 1 year experience as sales/sales support
- Preferably have experience in the field of export / import min 1 year
- Can use computer
- Disciplined and conscientious person at work
- Can work under pressure
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta
- Domiciled in Jakarta is preferred
