We are looking for Associate Product Manager Intern

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Help to manage the product and work closely with different teams

- Monitor the product and its functionality

- Proactive and attention to details

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

• Work with Product Managers to define the product vision, strategy and OKRs

• Work closely with your team to ensure features are released as planned.

• Work closely with key stakeholders and the engineering team to prioritise, onboard and integrate new features

• Monitor product implementation and ensure timely progress.

• Support product management in delivery sprints, including release & sprint planning, sprint execution, and reviews

• Manage product backlog: prioritize and manage the product backlog and support planning of development sprints

• Provide new ideas and concepts that contribute to enhanced and expand product capabilities

• Make data-driven decisions to constantly improve customer experiences that delight our end users

• Presents options/recommendations clearly and persuasively to support business stakeholder decisions

• Continuously monitor, measure and report on key business metrics and identify areas for improvement

Persyaratan

• Familiar with software development and web technologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Indonesia and English).

• Creative problem solving and the ability to think clearly

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with superior ability to articulate complex requirements to technical and business audiences

• Go-getter ready to do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

• Experience in Technology industry or Software development organization is a plus
