We Are Hiring Sales Catering

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Prospective new clients, draft menu proposals, negotiate prices, and pursue company turnover targets. Act as a consultant for clients in choosing menus, accompany the food tasting process, and maintain good relationships to ensure repeat orders. Connect client wishes in detail to the kitchen team (chef) and field team so that food presentation on D-day runs perfectly.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the F&B (catering) segment

- Acquire and maintain strategic relationships with corporate and individual clients.

- Prepare quotations and conduct negotiations to close sales deals.

- Coordinate with Kitchen and Operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.

- Monitor on-site catering services to ensure they meet company standards.

- Manage customer databases and provide analysis on sales target achievements.

Persyaratan

- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Culinary Arts, Hospitalilty or Tourism.

- 1-2 years of experience in Sales within the Catering, F&B, Hotel or Event Organizer industry.

- Established network with Corporates, Wedding Organizers and Event Planners.

- Strong persuasive negotiation skills and proficiency in English.

- Proficient in preparing proposals,sales administration, CRM and Canva.

- Professional appearance and willing to travel for business.
