As a TikTok Social Media Specialist, you will be the brains and hands behind the strategy and execution of engaging, creative, and relevant TikTok content for the audience. The focus is clear: increase engagement, strengthen brand presence, and drive conversions through the right trends.

Position: Social Media Specialist – TikTok
Location: Jakarta
Type of Work: On-site

Your Daily Tasks
From brainstorming to posting, you will be in full control:

Designing and managing daily & weekly TikTok content strategies

Coming up with creative ideas, writing short scripts, and coordinating with the design/videography team

Performing simple editing (captions, effects, sound trends) to make content more appealing

Analysing content performance and providing insights for future optimisation

Keeping up with the latest TikTok trends and adapting them to the brand

Collaborating with the marketing & campaign team to support business objectives

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

We are seeking a creative and analytical individual:

Graduate with a D3/S1 degree in Communication, Marketing, Design, or related fields

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media/TikTok Specialist (fresh graduates with creative portfolios are welcome)

Active TikTok user with an understanding of algorithms and content trends

Ability to write engaging short captions

Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, or similar software)

Creative, up-to-date with trends, target-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic team

Committed to continuous growth

Works sincerely and remains humble throughout the learning and career process
