Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

• Upload & update product details (photos, descriptions, prices, stock) on marketplaces & website.
• Monitor orders & stock daily to avoid errors.
• Help with sales reports, admin fees, & monthly summaries.
• Support online promos (campaigns, vouchers, flash sales, etc.).
• Handle basic e-commerce admin (invoices, returns, claims).
• Check competitor activity & share useful insights.
• Join campaign planning & contribute new ideas.

Persyaratan

• Final year/fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Interested in e-commerce, digital business, & beauty industry.
• Detail-oriented & good at checking data.
• Proactive & solution-focused.
• Able to think strategically & connect data to business ideas.
• Confident using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Committed to 6-months WFO internship period.
• Bonus if you have:
  • Familiar with platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, or TikTok Shop.
  • Previous internship in e-comme
