Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Overseeing the entire accounting department, managing financial transactions, and ensuring accuracy in financial records.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

- Preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, and providing insights to support business decisions. 

- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and other relevant regulations.

- Managing and mentoring the accounting team, including training and performance management.

Persyaratan

- S1 degree in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.0.

- Language(s) requirement: Bahasa Indonesia, English 

- Fresh Graduate 1-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in existing and new prospective customers. 

- Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, including monthly reconciliations and interim reports. 

- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).           

- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.   

- Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and solve problems.   

- High standards of business ethics and professional conduct.
