Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

Plan & strategize community programs (online/offline) for Affiliates and Creators.

Plan activations for Jacquelle/Real events & oversee team execution.

Lead communication & maintain relationships with Top Creators and MCNs.

Evaluate community growth, engagement and retention regularly.

Coordinate with the partnership team to integrate community into brand campaigns.

Analyze performance of community content & campaigns.

Deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to the leader.

Guide and mentor community admin & intern for performance and development.

Persyaratan

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

1+ years of experience in community, influencer, or affiliate marketing.

Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and creator & affiliate ecoystems.

Strong project management and communication skills.

Confident in planning and running online/offline events.

Creative, organized, and data-aware.

passionate about beauty and enjoys working with creators.

Team player with leadership potential to guide interns/admin.

Willing to full WFO in PIK Area.
