INTERIOR DESIGNER

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Interior Designer creates functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing indoor spaces by planning layouts, selecting materials, and considering client needs and building codes, often working with architects and construction teams

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

Jobs and Responsibilities :

• Undertake design project from concept to completion
• Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project
• Interpret and translate customer needs into through plans
• Negotiate fees and set schedules for the project
• Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements
• Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors

Persyaratan

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from Interior Design and Architecture (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Proficiency Adobe photoshop, 3ds Max, Vray, Skecth up, Lumion, and Auto CAD
• Good command of spoken English 
• Good negotiation & presentation skill with positive attitude
• Have a good manner, excellent communication, and Interpersonal skills
• Strong managerial, negotiation, and strong analytical capabilities
• Willing to work with shift hours, Include working on public holidays (6 working days and 1 day off)
