Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Account Payable is a full-time permanent position in Finance Team
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
•Process invoices and verify financial data used for payment for vendors
•Ensure the accuracy of an organisation's financial documents for payment, auditing, and tax purposes
•Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
•Ensure petty cash are used according to the specified purpose and limit
•Process employees' cash advance request and conduct monitoring on the aging days
•Process employees' claim reimbursement and verify the completeness and accuracy of the supporting documentation
Persyaratan
•Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
•Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Payable or Accounting, prior experience in Financial Services industry will be an advantage
•Candidates with internship experience are welcomed to apply
