Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment: including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Develop job descriptions and competency matrices for each role
- Design and implement training and development programs
- Schedule and conduct evaluation for contract employees.
- Monitor and report evaluation results of contract employees.
- Facilitate or verify target-setting processes for individual performance.
- Facilitate the annual performance evaluation process.

Persyaratan
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology or Industrial Engineering from Reputable University
- Min GPA 3.00
- Fluent in English
- Having knowledge in Recruitment & People Development
- Experience in set up job description and matrix competency
- Having knowledge of design will be preferred
