1. Conduct end-to-end recruitment: including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
2. Develop job descriptions and competency matrices for each role
3. Design and implement training and development programs
4. Schedule and conduct evaluation for contract employees.
5. Monitor and report evaluation results of contract employees.
6. Facilitate or verify target-setting processes for individual performance.
7. Facilitate the annual performance evaluation process.

Persyaratan

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology or Industrial Engineering from Reputable University
2. Min GPA 3.00
3. Fluent in English
4. Having knowledge in Recruitment & People Development
5. Experience in set up job description and matrix competency
6. Having knowledge of design will be preferred
