Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Monitoring the implementation of HRM activities at PT. Artha Megah Propertindo to ensure they are carried out in accordance with regulations and on time, in compliance with company policies and labor laws

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

Managing and overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, employee development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Persyaratan

- Male/female maximum age 40 years

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management/psychology/law

- Experienced in the related field at least for 5 years (preferably in the hospitality)

- Have a strong knowledge of recruitment and payroll process, manpower regulations.

- Good time management and organizational skills

- Familiar with end to end process recruitment & mass hiring

- Willing to be placed outside Jakarta 

- Based in Anyer 

- Preferably can join ASAP
