FAT Staff

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Handle daily Financial, Accounting and Tax activities including preparing FAT report.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

- Handling all daily financial activities (bank, petty cash, office regular payments).

- Preparing invoices and tax invoices to clients, monitor payment settlements.

- Ensuring reconciliations such as AR, AP, Tax (PPn dan WHT), Bank and Petty Cash for operational transactions are carried out weekly and monthly.

- Ensuring cashflow runs well.

- Updating knowledge in the field of Accounting Principles and Tax Regulations.

- Maintain cost efficiency related to cash movement in operational transactions.

- Making bills and journals for daily transactions, classify the COA in accordance with the applicable Accounting and Taxation principles.

- Check and verify daily transactions related to company compliance, Accounting Principles, and Tax Regulations.

- Financial controller in controlling Account Payables.

- Financial controller in providing account details and account reconciliation to meet company reporting requirements.

- Conduct and lead communications with Clients, Vendors, Consultants, and external parties regarding financial, tax and accounting matters.

Persyaratan

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

- Having minimum 2 years as Finance, Accounting and Tax Supervisor.

- Strong understanding of Accounting Principles and Tax Regulations.

- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously (team).

- Proficient in English (both oral and written).

- Excellent computer literate, proficient in Accounting software (Xero and Oracle Netsuite) and Microsoft Office; Advance with Excel formula.

- Detail oriented and well organized.

- Excellent mathematics, analytical thinking, problem solving, communication, teamwork and time management.

- Able to read and analyze financial reports, work underpressure, meet dateline.
