Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Make a list of purchases of goods and services according to company needs

• Find suppliers that suit company needs

• Submit financing for the purchase of goods or services to the finance department

• Ensure orders are received according to the contract and in good condition

• Maintain stock levels

• Negotiate prices or contracts with vendors

• Check goods

• Prepare purchase reports

• Ensure the quality of goods ordered

• Monitor orders related to shipping

Persyaratan

• Male / Female
• Max. Age 27 years old
• Min. Bachelor's Degree (Accounting, Business Management Graduates preferred)
• Min. 1 year experience as Purchasing Staff (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
• Understand the procedure ofpurchasing goods
• Good in negotiation
• Able to work under pressure and in a team
