Video Editor Full Time (Teman Startup)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsible for editing and producing video content for various platforms, including Reels and long-form videos. Ensures visual quality, brand consistency, and timely delivery. Collaborates with the creative team and implements necessary revisions based on feedback.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

1. Assist in managing both production and post-production workflows to ensure smooth content creation processes.

2. Execute video editing and story assembly with a focus on strong narrative structure and storytelling (from rough cut to final).

3. Perform color grading and audio mixing to enhance visual and auditory quality (a plus point).

4. Actively contribute to creative ideation and team collaboration in video production projects.

5. Transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content tailored for various client needs and platforms.

Persyaratan

1. Proficiency in video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Lightroom is a plus.

2. Prior experience in videography production or post-production is preferred and will be an advantage.

3. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality output.

4. Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to the assigned tasks.

5. Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to foster a creative work environment and achieve the best possible results.
