Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Lead the purchasing team

• Create a list of purchases of goods and services

• Create a list of vendors

• Categorize the purchase list

• Submit the purchase list to management and finance

• Contact vendors to obtain price quotes

• Negotiate prices, services, and time with vendors

• Conduct staff inspections and monitoring of purchased goods

• Ensure that all purchasing documents are neatly arranged and well documented

• Ensure the quality of goods or services is in accordance with the sales contract

• Conduct performance reviews of the purchasing process

• Male / Female
• Max. Age 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Min. 3 years experience in related field
• Understand the procedure of purchasing goods
• Capable to control cost
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
