Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s degree in Economics & Business, Engineering, IT, Informatics, Statistics, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or other relevant fields.
• Fresh graduates or early professionals with less than 2 years of work experience.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• High willingness to learn, curious mindset, detail-oriented, and agile in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English communication (verbal and written).
• Possess Home Credit's Leadership Qualities.
• Additional certifications or professional training related to audit, risk, compliance, governance, or technology will be a valuable advantage.
