As an official PJAP (Application Service Provider) and long-time partner of the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP), Pajakku empowers millions with efficient, secure, and reliable tax systems—and now we’re looking for someone who can ensure that our clients get the most out of these tools.

Tax Application Support

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

You will guide and support clients in using digital tax applications, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure smooth implementation and adoption to help them succeed.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

• Assist and guide clients in using Pajakku’s tax and accounting applications
• Assess client needs and provide tailored digital tax solutions
• Support implementation processes according to project timelines
• Conduct training sessions to ensure smooth user adoption
• Prepare documentation and stay updated on tax tech trends to provide added value

Persyaratan

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Taxation or Accounting
• Fresh graduates with internship experience or 2+ year in a client-facing, consulting, or implementation role
• Brevet A & B certifications are required
• Strong interest in technology-driven tax solutions
• Familiarity with tax software and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A proactive communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
