Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Regularly updating internal databases with information on new employees, leaves, working hours, and absenteeism.

Monitoring job platforms and maintaining relationships with university partners to attract potential candidates.

Supporting Employee program such as training, engagement, etc.

Provide general administrative support for the overall needs of the HR division.

Persyaratan

Bachelor degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field.

1 Year minimum experience in same position.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

Strong communication, negotiation, and administrative skills.

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Willing to full WFO in PIK Area.
