Teacher Trainer

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

• Deliver training for IT Coding Teachers in accordance with the established curriculum and

academic standards.

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and teaching demonstrations related to coding and

teaching methodologies.

• Prepare and update training materials, modules, and teaching guidelines.

Adapt training content to suit different teaching levels and learning needs of teachers.

• Provide mentoring, coaching, and guidance to improve teaching quality and classroom

management.

• Assess teacher performance during training and provide constructive feedback.

Support the implementation of training programs developed by the Training Coordinator

or Academic Team.

• Assist in onboarding and development programs for IT Coding Teachers.

• Maintain training documentation, attendance records, and evaluation reports.

Coordinate with the Training Coordinator and related teams to ensure consistent teaching standards

Persyaratan

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Education, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a trainer in education, coding, or technology-related

training

• Experience teaching young learners to teenagers, especially in coding or robotics

• Experience in pedagogy, including teaching students with special needs

Good understanding of basic programming concepts such as Scratch, Python, and web

development

• Familiarity with educational robotics

• Ability to create or adapt lesson plans, modules, and teaching materials

• Strong classroom management and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to train, mentor, and support teachers effectively

• Good English proficiency, both spoken and written
