Staff Account Receivable

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsible for safeguarding the company’s cash flow by ensuring timely and accurate billing and collection of customer receivables, while providing up to date AR insights to management.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

- Manage the customer billing and collection process in a timely manner

- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable on a daily basis

- Prepare regular accounts receivable aging reports

- Coordinate with internal teams and customers regarding payments

- Prepare supporting documents related to billing and invoices

- Generate invoices on a regular basis

- Ensure receivable data is accurate and up-to-date in the accounting system

- Record and summarize all daily sales data

Persyaratan

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

- Minimum 1 year of experience as Account Receivable Staff

- Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems

- Good understanding of billing processes and receivables administration
