Customer Experience

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Support UI/UX designers in documenting design flows, wireframes and user journey maps.

- Assist in drafting and organizing product development documentation.

- Ensure all documentation is consistently updated, version-controlled and accessible to relevant teams.

- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve documentation processes and enhance user experience.

- Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to understand product goals and user needs.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

Persyaratan

- Final year student or fresh graduate of a Bachelor Degree.

- Proficient in Ms. Office and design tools (e.g Figma, Adobe XD)

- Having a WPPE certification or at least WPPE Pemasaran will be considered an advantage.

- Strong attention and organizational skills.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Detail-oriented.
