Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

Our Management Trainee Program is designed to nurture and develop future leaders in different key business functions of our organization, with potential exposure in Manufacturing (Operation and Engineering), Supply Chain Operation, Sales Commercial, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Legal, Human Capital, Information Technology, Research and Development, Office Strategic, and Sales Future Leaders.

Persyaratan

• - Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• - Professionals with a maximum of 2 years of experience
• - Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• - Demonstrates structured thinking and logical reasoning
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• - Strong leadership and ability to work well in a team
• - Demonstrates strong learning agility
• - Fluent in english, both verbal and written
• - Available to join the program in Q1 2026
