BRILiaN Future Leader Program (BFLP) Micro Banking

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Micro Business Strategist 
   You will design and execute micro business development strategies and innovative business models, leveraging comprehensive data analysis and collaborating closely with key stakeholders to drive growth.
2. Micro Business Portfolio Specialist 
   You will analyse the micro business portfolio in-depth, monitor its performance, and deliver actionable insights and solutions to ensure sustainable growth.
3. Product Specialist – Micro Banking
   You will create and implement micro banking products — including savings, credit, transactions, and agency services — tailored to customer needs and evolving market trends.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

1. Develop forward-looking business strategies and innovative models tailored to the evolving needs of micro customers — including savings, loans, transactions, and agent-based services.
2. Drive marketing and sales excellence in the micro business segment using data-driven, customer-centric approaches.
3. Build meaningful relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to expand BRI’s impact within the microfinance ecosystem.
4. Grow into future-ready Micro Business Specialists and visionary leaders, equipped with a deep understanding of financial inclusion and a strong commitment to social responsibility.
5. Become agile, adaptive, resilient, and purpose-driven bankers — ready to lead transformation and create lasting impact across Indonesia and beyond.

Persyaratan

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree graduates from accredited University.
2. Demonstrate strong and active participation in both organization and community (e.g. BEM, Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa, Pencinta Alam, and similar student initiatives), with proven leadership capabilities.
3. Preferably active in social community or organization (e.g. NGO, Karangtaruna, Kelompok Tani, and similar grassroots initiatives).
4. Passionate about community development and microfinance.
5. Open to all academic majors preferably in Economics, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Plantation, Sociology, Anthropology, Forestry, Food Industry Engineering. 
6. Demonstrate academic or non-academic achievements is highly valued. 
7. Achieve a minimum TOEFL or TOEFL Prediction score of 500, or an equivalent English proficiency certification issued by a recognized institution or authorized provider.
8.  Age limits:
    - Bachelor’s degree graduates: maximum 25 years old (not turning 26 by Dec 31, 2025).
    - Master’s degree graduates: maximum 27 years
