Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
1. Content Creator Intern
- Create engaging content for social media
- Research industry trends to improve content strategy
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams
- Optimize content for SEO and analyze performance metrics
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and quality
2. Social Media Admin Intern
- Assist in the process of handling accounts and creating company’s content on social media (TikTok, Instagram, etc)
- Assist in making content pillars and any needs in the team
- Create and update reports regularly
3. Social Media Design Intern
- Create communicative designs for E-commerce and/or Social Media platforms
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support campaigns with creative visual content.
- Research and stay up-to-date with current design trends.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that the design output meets project objectives and deadlines.
4. Brand Partnership Intern
- Support communication with sponsors and partners
- Help with partnership agreements and follow-ups
- Assist in executing sponsorship deliverables
- Maintain records and help with monthly reports
- Research and suggest potential partners
- Support events and community activities
- Conduct basic market research on trends
5. Graphic Designer Intern
- Create communicative designs for E-commerce and/or Social Media platforms
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support campaigns with creative visual content.
- Research and stay up-to-date with current design trends.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that the design output meets project objectives and deadlines.
Persyaratan
Committed to 6-month internship period WFO at PIK
1. Content Creator Intern
- Fresh graduate or final semester student in related field
- Interest in Beauty & Body Care is preferred
- Good communication, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Familiar with editing software and social media
- Ability to work independently or as a team
2. Social Media Admin Intern
- Fresh graduate or final year student in any field (with no active classes attended)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and creative thinking
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- Committed to 6-month internship period
3. Social Media Design Intern
- Fresh graduate or Final-year student in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or related fields (with no active classes attended)
- Proficient in design tools (e.g., PS, AI, Canva, etc.).
- Basic understanding of design requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.
4. Brand Partnership Intern
- Final Year/ Fresh graduated from Marketing, Business, or Communications.
-Strong negotiation, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience in sponsorships, partnerships, or business development.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and proactive problem-solving mindset
5. Graphic Designer Intern
- Fresh graduate or Final-year student in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or related fields (with no active classes attended)
- Proficient in design tools (e.g., PS, AI, Canva, etc.).
- Basic understanding of design requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.
