Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Fully open source, full-featured with apps like Accounting, HR, CRM, Manufacturing, and 4,000 more. Its online offer is 3 times more affordable than traditional competitors like SAP and Microsoft.
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing documentation and administration.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
- Handle all office-related purchases, including client visit necessities and office event supplies. Find vendors, compare prices, process purchases, and manage administration.
- Input petty cash & credit card expenses, process vendor payments, and handle office documents.
- Assist employees with office facility and logistics requests.
- Manage ticket booking for travel, accommodation, and office events.
Working arrangement: 5 days per week (half day morning / afternoon)
Persyaratan
MUST HAVE
- Diploma or higher
- Detail-oriented
- Good problem solving skills and constructive communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Knowledge of general business software (MS Office)
- Proactive
