ERP TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

ERP technical consultant is a professional who specializes in the technical aspects of implementing, customizing, and maintaining Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, focusing on the technical components like software development, integrations, and system optimization to tailor the ERP system to a specific organization's needs. 

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

Implement and Support Customizations:

o Customize software solutions for new and existing clients.

Technical Design and Development:

o Design, develop, and test core applications and systems.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

o Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand technical requirements and scope out modifications and custom developments.

Technical Recommendations:

o Provide technical recommendations for installations, modifications, and custom developments.

System Deployment and Installation:

o Deploy and configure software systems for clients.

o Install applications and ensure they are correctly integrated with existing systems.

o Coordinate with IT teams to ensure smooth installation processes and minimal disruption to business operations.

o Troubleshoot installation and configuration issues to ensure successful deployment.

Code Reviews :

o Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.

Documentation:

o Prepare documentation for customizations and ensure effective coding standards.

o Document deployment and installation processes for future reference and standardization.

User Training:

o Conduct training sessions and support users in adopting the solution.

Problem-Solving:

o Provide technical guidance and support to clients, helping them overcome technical issues.

Team Collaboration:

o Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other consultants, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Work Under Pressure:

o Maintain composure and productivity while managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Persyaratan

- Will be based in Jakarta or Surabaya or Semarang 

- Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university majoring in: Informatics Engineering / Information Technology (IT) - Computer Science

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

- Having technical skills in Web Programming and JavaScript

- Experience in developing Android Apps using Xamarin and SQLite/PostgreSQL

- Posses exceptional problem solving & analytical skills

- Proactive, good timing , scheduling management, self-motivated & self-initiative

- Fluent in English both spoken & written

- Strong team work attitude, strong interpersonal skills
