Deskripsi Pekerjaan

This role involves coordinating and facilitating international trade operations and communication. Key responsibilities include acting as a bridge between the Operations and Commercial teams, maintaining effective customer communication, ensuring error-free document processing, providing timely shipment updates, managing trade activities, document management, and resolving post-shipment issues while nurturing positive customer relationships. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as knowledge of international trade and logistics.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

1. PPIC between operations team and commercial team

2. Experience communicating with customers (overseas & local)

3. Checking all documents much more on the commercial side to ensure that transaction is smooth

4. Providing timely and accurate updates of current shipment and communicating with buyer in our interest.

5. Mainly traffic in trading.

6. Updating pre-shipment, ongoing shipment and future shipment to commercial team

7. Handling customer complaints and any issues after shipment while maintaining good relationship

Persyaratan

1. Fresh graduates from any other major are welcome.

2. Placement in Pluit, North Jakarta.

3. Proficiency in speaking Mandarin (will be plus)

4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.

5. Able to join ASAP.
