Site Supervisor (Interior)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Supervising the office interior projects to meet the excellent deliverance starting from planning, executing, monitoring to evaluation of projects.

- Managing projects to meet the excellent deliverance, from planning, executing, monitoring and evaluating projects.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

- Reporting project progress to Project Manager.

- Coordinating with other related departments, clients, vendors and being responsible as Project Site Leader. 

- Monitoring project scopes, costs, schedules, staffing, vendors and contractual deliverable.

- Assuring project runs on time as scheduled, on budget to meet excellent standard.

- Developing standards, processes and tools used for effective project schedulling and setting up quality targets.

- Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction.

- Understanding what the client and company wants to achieve.

Persyaratan

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Architecture Engineering/Interior Design.

- Minimum 10 years experience in Office Building Interior Project.

- Detail oriented with excellent leadership, business management skills and HSE documentation and implementation.

- Having active K3 Umum Certification.

- Proficient in using standard and specific engineering computer systems (AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project).

- Fluent in English both oral and written.

- Ready to be placed in project location throughout Indonesia.
