Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
1. Invoices payment processing and execution
2. Perform daily book keeping activities, including recording and posting transactions in the accounting system
3. Reconcile bank accounts and other general ledger accounts on a regular basis
4. Expenses claims and petty cash processing, reconcile and execution
5. Compile, verify accuracy and sort information and filing documents
6. Prepare and calculate tax obligations (PPN, PPh 21, 23, 25, 26, 4 ayat 2, etc.)
7. Perform and ad hoc finance-related tasks as assigned
Persyaratan
1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum GPA 3.00/4.00 from a reputable university
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same field
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
4. Possession of a Brevet AB Certification
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office with advance excel skill and Accurate Online software is preferable
6. Attention to detail - maintain a high level of accuracy in transaction processing
7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the department.
